Saginaw Man Charged With Murder in January Beating Death of 49-Year-Old Neighbor

Marcelo F. Pilar, 21, of Saginaw Township was arraigned Monday and held without bond on charges of open murder and tampering with evidence in the January beating death of 49-year-old Armando Garcia Jr. Garcia's mother said she is praying for both families.
